1. Initial Contact

Reach out to our friendly admissions team by phone or through our website. We’re here to answer your questions and help you take the first step.

2. Preliminary Assessment

We’ll conduct a brief assessment to better understand your teen’s mental health history, current challenges, and treatment goals.

3. Clinical Review

If our program seems like a good fit, we’ll schedule a more in-depth evaluation with our clinical team to begin crafting a personalized treatment plan.

4. Insurance & Financial Consultation

Our staff will verify your insurance benefits and review payment options so you have a clear understanding of the costs and coverage.

5. Admission & Orientation

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll schedule an admission date. On arrival, your teen will be welcomed by our team, introduced to the facility, and oriented to their care plan.
